Atomic Collisions Lab at Hope College

While at Hope College I worked at the Atomic Collisions Lab (ACL) from May, 1988 to May, 1991. My work primarily involved theoretical atomic physics. I helped Dr. Ned Rouze continue developing the theory behind his PhD thesis. It involves the calculation of the cross-section for photo-detachment of negatively charged alkali ions.
